I've read over your Introduction to your roleplay, and I am more than pleased to see that you've kept it succinct, and to the point. A problem I've seen "world" RPs have is that there's just so much lore and information that the players feel that they have to slog through. The GM feels they need to provide information on Culture, Art, Politics, Mythology, things like that. This is good content to have, of course, but hidden away, perhaps, in an OOC thread.
Another thing is that story needs to start from character. "Character is compass" is a motto I live by. Having your roleplay be titled "World of Selenia" is .. massive. Expansive. I don't know what the story is about, and I don't know who the story is about.
We are trying to gather reincarnations of the Goddess Selenia together so there can be peace on the world of Crystalis again. They hate the government which controls most of the country, and would like to see religion possible and peace happen again. The reincarnations, or descendents of Selenia, are to come from planet Earth back to Crystalis to take back what's rightfully theirs.A rebel group has formed to fight against the oppression of the government, and they are Selenians gathered from all parts of the world. Their ban is a peaceful one so far, as they secretly plan their ways. One of the secrets is this rebel group has been trying to gather the reincarnations of Selenia for some time now, with not much success. The world that its set in is fantastic and can offer a wide space for players to roam around with, but you need to start on a much smaller scale to generate interest. Who is your character? Why should I care about them? What are the rebels like?
Star Wars is as much a story of Luke Skywalker finding out who he is in relation to what he's meant to be, as it is an intergalactic tale of struggle, redemption, and, well, planets! I don't think the issue is that the story is confusing - it seems more of an issue that the story itself isn't clearly defined in accessible terms to the player base.

There is a character that exists in an "ordinary world", and upon being faced with a challenge to leave that world, embarks on a journey that changes self, and the world around them. AN UNDERDOG dark-matter particle could explain why the universe seems strangely low on lithium. If the idea holds up, it will be a boon in the hunt for dark matter, the stuff needed to account for 80 per cent of the universe's matter.
In the universe's first few fiery minutes, nuclear reactions forged a host of light elements, including helium, deuterium and lithium, in a process called big bang nucleosynthesis. The amounts of these elements present in the early universe, gleaned from ancient stars and primordial gas clouds, match theory, except in one respect: they contain much less of the dominant form of lithium, lithium-7, than expected. There has never been a satisfactory explanation for this.
Now help comes in the shape of hypothetical dark-matter particles called axions. These light particles were dreamed up in the 1970s as part of a theory to explain why the strong nuclear force, unlike the other forces, does not change if a particle is swapped for the antimatter counterpart of its mirror image. Axions are not the dominant theory for dark matter. That accolade goes to weakly interacting massive particles, or WIMPs. But as neither WIMPs nor axions have ever been observed, the jury is still out.
In the latest research, the underdog axions score a point. The rates of nuclear reactions that produced lithium-7 depend partly on the amount of energy that was present in the form of light. As we cannot tell how much light was there directly, we infer it from the cosmic microwave background (CMB), the echo of the big bang that emerged 380,000 years later. This is used to estimate how much lithium should be present: more light skews reaction rates and lowers expected levels of lithium.
Ozgur Erken of the University of Florida in Gainesville and colleagues suggest that something cooled photons between the synthesis of lithium and the emergence of the CMB, causing the photon energy to be underestimated, and inflating the expected amounts of lithium.
Born with very little kinetic energy, axions are a prime suspect. When their cooling power is accounted for, the predicted lithium abundance drops by half, the team calculate (Physical Review Letters, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevLett.108.061304). "We're excited that it gives about the right correction," says Pierre Sikivie, Erken's colleague.
Adding in axions also creates a problem, however. Without them, CMB measurements are consistent with about four types of neutrino, close to the three types glimpsed in experiments. But if axions are present, they would skew this measurement and imply about seven neutrino types, Erken's team calculate. This makes Gary Steigman of Ohio State University in Columbus, who was not involved in the study, sceptical of the axion explanation for the lithium-7 anomaly.
An answer should come in 2013 when much better measurements of the CMB are expected from the Planck satellite. Our best chance of glimpsing axions, meanwhile, lies in an upgraded version of an experiment called ADMX, due to start up towards the end of this year. It may also be possible to infer their existence from data from the Large Hadron Collider at CERN near Geneva in Switzerland, where they should boost the production of Higgs bosons.

What might have been the biggest physics story of the past century may instead be down to a faulty connection.
In September 2011, the Opera experiment reported it had seen particles called neutrinos evidently travelling faster than the speed of light.
The team has now found two problems that may have affected their test in opposing ways: one in its timing gear and one in an optical fibre connection.
More tests from May will determine just how they affect measured speeds.
The Opera collaboration (an acronym for Oscillation Project with Emulsion-Racking Apparatus) was initially started to study the tiny particles as they travelled through 730km of rock between a particle accelerator at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (Cern) in Switzerland and the Gran Sasso underground laboratory in Italy.
Its goal was to quantify how often the neutrinos change from one type to another on the journey.
But during the course of the experiments the team found that the neutrinos showed up 60 billionths of a second faster than light would have done over the same distance - a result that runs counter to a century's worth of theoretical and experimental physics.
The team submitted the surprising result to the scientific community in an effort to confirm or refute it, and several other experiments around the world are currently working to replicate the result.
A repeat of the experiment by the Opera team will now address whether the issues they have found affect the ultimate neutrino speed they measure.
The two problems the team has identified would have opposing effects on the apparent speed.
On the one hand, the team said there is a problem in the "oscillator" that provides a ticking clock to the experiment in the intervals between the synchronisations of GPS equipment.
This is used to provide start and stop times for the measurement as well as precise distance information.
That problem would increase the measured time of the neutrinos' flight, in turn reducing the surprising faster-than-light effect.
But the team also said they found a problem in the optical fibre connection between the GPS signal and the experiment's main clock.
In contrast, the team said that effect would increase the neutrinos' apparent speed.
Only repeats of the experiments by Opera and other teams will come up with a final consensus on the matter, and finally put it to rest.
In a statement, the Opera collaboration said: "While continuing our investigations, in order to unambiguously quantify the effect on the observed result, the collaboration is looking forward to performing a new measurement of the neutrino velocity as soon as a new bunched beam will be available in 2012."
Meanwhile, the Borexino and Icarus experiments, also at Gran Sasso, the Minos experiment based at the US Fermilab, and the T2K facility in Japan are all working on their own neutrino speed measurements, with results expected in the next few months.
